Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening wholesale order minimum: 24 pairs
  • Reorder minimum: 12 pairs
  • Orders must meet minimum quantities to be accepted.

Pricing

  • Wholesale price: $12.50 per pair
  • Prices are subject to change with notice.
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before production begins.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Shopify Invoice, or approved payment platform.
  • Net terms are not offered at this time.

Production & Lead Time

  • All ruffle socks are handmade.
  • Standard lead time: 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation.
  • Large or custom orders may require additional time.
  • You will be notified if lead times change.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoicing.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

    Returns & Exchanges

    • All wholesale orders are final sale.

    • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on wholesale orders.

    • In the rare event of a defect, buyers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
