Returns

Our policy is all sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS

Pick ups

All pickups must be picked up within 24 hours of your ready for pick up notification. If order is not picked up during the 24 hour window you will forfeit your product and money. Pick ups will not be refunded.

Delivery

Delivered orders will not be left on steps or front porch someone must be home to received orders. There is a $25 delivery fee for each order. Once order is created there is no changes or updates to the order.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
